The Charity aims to promote a healthy lifestyle via water activities in London, where this type of sport is not usually accessible. On the River Thames, AHOY uses these activities to teach, train and develop self-confidence. Teamwork is at the heart of this ethos and is available to a wide range of individuals including schools, mixed ability groups, youth groups or just adults looking for some new skills.<\/p>\n<p>Nigel and the lads hope to raise \u00a312,000 per boat to help the charity to continue their good work.
