After the initial buzz of the lockdown, real life and an acceptance of the situation is starting to become the new normal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Like many people, we are working from home in recently created \u2018home offices\u2019 (also know as spare rooms, lounges and dining tables) and wondering how the days go so quickly and so slowly at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve been helping clients in the first few weeks as the initial shock and need for urgent communications and a change in priorities hit home. Regular video meetings are now the norm as we progress projects across copywriting, design and web development to ensure that clients are able to keep their business functioning in these different times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s some of the areas we\u2019ve been working on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Content Plans:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As we mentioned in our recent blog on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mzuri.co.uk\/news\/general\/social-media-while-socially-distancing-2\/\">social media<\/a>, this is an area which allows you to stay in touch and relevant with customers, followers and prospective customers. We&#8217;ve been working with several clients in a variety of industries to create, refresh and adapt content plans to ensure all communication strikes the right tone and in some cases, looking ahead to a post-lockdown re-boot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Email Communications:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>After the initial wave of \u2018how our company is reacting to COVID 19\u2019, many brands are in a period of trying to sensitively continue with a form of business as &nbsp;\u2018new-usual\u2019 and communicate with customers. If you are able to offer your services and products in line with government guidelines, it\u2019s likely you\u2019ll need to review your email communications to make sure they are providing accurate information, as well as sharing your brand news in a thoughtful way. While people appreciate the need for businesses to evolve and remain active, nobody wants to see them looking to cash in right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Websites:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Several clients are taking this opportunity to develop their websites. Whether it\u2019s a project that has been ticking along in the background, the urgent need for a new website to enable a vital change to the business model or the opportunity to focus on developing and delivering engaging content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are looking to improve your online presence, add e-commerce, develop additional functionality or launch a new website, we would love to hear from you and help you to develop and deliver your project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Re-opening strategy:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>While we don\u2019t have a crystal ball to know when the lockdown will ease, we are working with some clients to shape their plans for a re-opening.
