Like many business this year, long term client Castleton Dental<\/a> needed to make significant changes to their procedures and communications. With the changing guidelines, it was essential to ensure all materials were accurate throughout the different stages of the pandemic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visiting the dentist can be a daunting experience at any time. It was vital that their communication materials were clear and helped patients to feel comfortable during their visit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An A-board outside the practice was used to let patients know that they were now open; albeit with a closed door policy to keep patients and staff safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once inside, to assist patients to smoothly navigate their new journey within the practice, floor stickers were created. These are used to clearly define the route around the practice and support the social distancing required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
