Our initial brief was the development of a full brand for the business to include font, logo, strapline, colour palette and image styling as well as a new responsive website with full CMS and a range of branded stationery. Imagery plays a key role in the online presence of the business and Mzuri were tasked with sourcing the right blend of photography to effectively convey the size and value of the projects CPMS work on.
Following this first stage we also worked with CPMS to develop a social presence, to design, edit and proof several high profile pitch documents, to also design and develop branded presentation templates and create a bespoke email marketing template, as well as plan and launch an e-marketing campaign. In addition to all these discrete projects we also provided ad hoc marketing consultancy and strategic advice.
The company has grown rapidly since its inception and, as a result have increased its service offering which required an appropriate name change, that of CPMS Group. The management team tasked us with updating their website to accommodate an increasing amount of content and visuals, as well as develop the backend CMS. Working in conjunction with the CPMS team, we reworked the structure of the site, expanding the navigation and creating quick links to key areas to create a much simpler and direct user experience for their users.
A key feature of improving the functionality of the site, lay in the design. We widened the site, keeping up to date with current technological advancements to make use of large format displays. In addition, we created a series of bespoke icon/illustrations to differentiate their growing service area and allow easy navigation of the content. Alongside the design and CMS development, we reviewed the sites SEO bringing all new pages up to standard. As part of the whole website refresh we were required to change the domain name and ensure that a seamless changeover happened with little impact on the historical SEO data.
