Welcome to our new Studio Manager, Sam Hayward.

We are delighted to announce that Sam Hayward has joined Mzuri as Studio Manager.

Sam, joined us at the beginning of this year and has settled in seamlessly. She has gained many years’ experience at Merlin Entertainments (formerly The Tussauds Group) in a variety of roles, including Creative Services Manager and Studios Line Producer. These diverse roles encompassed managing a large team of designers and other creatives, juggling workloads and resources to meet the delivery of exhibitions and themed attractions, both in the UK and overseas. More recently Sam has been working as a Video Editor/Production Manager for a local video production agency, gaining valuable experience in a completely different field – plus the added benefit that she has the most amazing, professional home videos of her family!

Her arrival has been very timely, as the beginning of 2018 has seen Mzuri experience a wave of new business in addition to our wonderful existing client portfolio. We have been working on some exciting projects, some of which you can explore on our blog.

The addition of this new dedicated role of Studio Manager at Mzuri enables us to smoothly manage the increasing workflow and support a buoyant job list in the studio by shaping and refining our current systems. It is a role that has been shared by others in the team in the past but having this dedicated resource has come at exactly the right time.

Whether complex, long-term marketing plans, or fast turnaround projects, Sam ensures we manage our workload most effectively to deliver brilliant solutions to our clients, on time and on budget. As such, she has already started to make a huge impact on the team and the business. Her aim is to take the pressure off the design and marketing teams, leaving them free to do what they do best.

We are loving having Sam on board, she is proving to be a huge asset to the team and we look forward to introducing you to her.
